How do I upgrade my operating system?
K2000 owners require a physical set of chips to be installed so you’ll need to contact your local store and have them order the upgrade and install it. K2500 and K2600 series utilize flash ram for operating systems so you can simply download the latest files from the Kurzweil website at:

How do I add more Sample RAM?
Depending on the Kurzweil model you have, you may or may not be able to install your own sample RAM. In general it’s easier to do it yourself on a rack mount unit than a keyboard. Older models are a little easier than newer models. Go here for more info on this:

How do I add more Program RAM?
