site may not be copied (except as required to view the site) or distributed,
or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the
prior written consent of Sonic Network, Inc. EXCEPT: you may download copies
of the material (including any document, information, data, sound recording
demo files or other materials provided that (1) you do not delete or change
any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in or on any such
materials; (2) you include the copyright notice "© 2007 Sonic Network, Inc."
on any copy of the material or any portion thereof; and (3) you use the
material only for non-commercial informational purposes. Modification or use
of the materials for any other purpose violates Sonic Network, Inc.
intellectual property rights. The material in this site is provided for

recordings) from our site, such materials are deemed to be licensed to you
by Sonic Network, Inc.. Neither title nor any intellectual property rights

samples, multisamples, wavetables, programs or patches in a sampler,
microchip or any sample playback device. Except as expressly provided
herein, nothing in this agreement shall be construed as conferring by
implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any copyright,
patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of Sonic Network,
Inc. or any third party.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
Sonic Network, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or injury caused
by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error,
omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer
virus, or line failure. Sonic Network, Inc. will not be liable for any
damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials
in this site, even if there is negligence by Sonic Network, Inc. or an
authorized Sonic Network, Inc. representative has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, or both. The above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the
limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential
damages. Sonic Network, Inc.'s total liability to you for all losses,
damages, and causes of action will not be greater than the amount you paid
to access this site.

HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SONIC NETWORK, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY
REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF OR THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE

TERMINATION
Sonic Network, Inc. or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You
may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from
all Sonic Network, Inc. sites, and (b) all related documentation and all
copies and installations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the
"Materials"). Sonic Network, Inc. may terminate this agreement immediately
without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of
this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant
to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America,
notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these
Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be
deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal
purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire
agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. Sonic
Network, Inc. can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating
this posting. This site may be linked to other sites which are not
maintained by Sonic Network, Inc.. Sonic Network, Inc. is not responsible
for the content of those sites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does
not imply endorsement by Sonic Network, Inc. of the sites.
Use, duplication or disclosure of the materials from this site to or by the
United States Government is subject is subject to the restrictions set forth
in DAR 252.227-7013(c)(1)(ii) and FAR 52.227.1.
The name Sonic Network, Inc. and/or its logo may not be used in advertising
or publicity pertaining to the distribution of any information in the
